NO: B vitamins by definition are nutrients essential to good health and at least 75% of Americans do not get adequate B vitamins from their diet. The only possible damage known to occur from B vitamins is neuropathy from taking 500 mg/day or more of B6 for many months, though I advise not taking more than 200 mg/day to be cautious. This damage is reversible on stopping it. No B complex has that much.

: Are liver function tests &amp; hepatitis A,BC tests negative? Right upper quadrant pain with an enlarged liver is best evaluated by a gastroenterologist to order any other appropriate testing including CT scan, MRI &amp; liver biopsy. Since no common bile duct dilatation is described, an ERCP may not be advocated as yet. Consultation with an abdominal surgeon may be recommended depending upon results.

However, if there is steady ache,bowel symptoms,marked tenderness to touch, or fever,inflammation of the colon(diverticulitis) would be a consideration. Have your physician examine you if symptoms persist or worsen.

See doctor: it is possible something is broken so an xray might be useful.  An examination first would inform your doctor if you might need a hip xray as well.  the back exam might suggest special medication to take for pain and muscle aches.  These things are usually much better within 2 weeks.  you can usually continue work while you suffer through it.

Yes, but: Psoriasis can flare in surgical wounds. This is called koebner isomorphic response or reaction. The topical steroids often used to treat psoriasis can delay wound healing and result in a scar more susceptible to rupture.
