More likely the pain is referred to the kidney area but is coming from another source such as nerves and spinal conditions or the pancreas inside your abdomen. It cause be coming from your lower lungs particularly if it hurts more when you take a deep breath.

Those with kidney pain commonly are found to have a kidney stone, infection, possibly a blockage of the ureter (hydronephrosis) or even vascular issues. See your doctor first.

Prob not ur kidney: How are you so sure it is your kidney that is hurting.  More likely when you bear down to move your bowels, you are irritating a flank muscle or other muscle on your right side.
