What is IUS? IUD?: If you mean iud (intrauterine device) used as a longterm form of contraception, then yes, maca is fine. While i cannot speak about uk laws, manufacture ; sales of dietary supplements in states is unregulated quality is of concern. Not clear: The relationship between vitamin D repletion, vitamin D deficiency, and sleep are not well elucidated and there is no evidence to suggest a relationship. However, if you have noticed changes in your sleep habits since taking the supplement, you should try to change the timing of the dose or the dose itself and you should certainly check levels to more accurately assess your vitamin D needs.

Indeed, there are!: Too much vitamin D can cause calcium blood levels to rise resulting in fatigue, loss of appetite, weight loss, etc.  The recommended daily allowance of vitamin D for an adult male is 600 IU, so 5000 is a lot to take every day. You should have a 25-OH (hydroxy) vitamin D level measured to make sure you are not in the toxic range. Then your doctor can advise on the proper intake. Be well:)

Acne: Is not prevented by the Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud like it is by other types of  birth control that do a better job at acne prevention.

Hardly...: ur multi likely has 400iu  - less  than 1% of 50,000iu.  it wont matter.  whats more important to know is that if ur an average size the 50,000 weekly will only get u a level in the 30s.  to get closer to a level of 50 u will need at least 5000 iu a  day.  daily doses yield higher levels with less total dose.

Vitamin D: You need to confer with your physician about taking this amount of vitamin D every day. These levels of intake can be dangerous. There are various assays for the different forms of Vitamin D which you did not specify.

Depends: You will likely end up needing 3000 u/day to get to the 70-80 level.  However the requirement varies from person to person and I often re-measure the patient's blood level again in 60 days to assess the need.
