Migraine with aura: It sounds as though you have "migraines with aura". Aura refers to specific symptoms that occur before the onset of the headache. These symptoms are temporary and act as a harbinger of the headache to come. The aura not infrequently involves changes in vision such as blind spots, loss of vision,  etc. that are temporary.

Holistic approach: Indeed if you prefer more holistic approach. Assuming you are not pregnant butterbur is considered natural "food" and FDA approved for migraine prevention. Please get it from reliable source ie. Made in USA. ;-) other alternative would be vitamin b2 plus magnesium and co q 10. This takes longer before you becomes noticeably better ie 1 month. But one of the most important - avoid triggers!!

i have migraine and i was told to drink flumig 5 mg. it says 2 tablets 1x a day at evening. does it mean i have to drink 2 tablets together at evening?

Interpretation: Would advise you ask your doctor how to take your Flumig, which I assume is to be used as a migraine preventative.  Your initial comment suggests once daily, so it would be 2 at one time?

Possibly: Hard to predict, so best to currently handle each episode with an abortive medicine such as a triptan.  Preventative meds exist either via prescription or otc.  If you have more similar headaches, see a local neurologist and get evaluated and treated.
