See below: Wild yam has been used for medicinal purposes for centuries. Though traditionally used for a variety of female complaints, wild yam is also marketed as an alternative medicine (oral supplement or cream) to treat erectile dysfunction, increase libido, penile enhancement, and other male-related sexual issues. In my opinion, there is currently no "reputable" evidence available to support such claims.

These may be: Used for a variety of conditions, but the only one that has any shred of scientific backing is local estrogen supplementation in early menopause-- but even here the scientific evidence doesn't back up the claims. The risks include stimulation of estrogen sensitive malignancies. Also they should be avoided in pregnancy and breast feeding. In summary, probably a waste of money.

Technically, no: Wild yam does not contain actual progesterone, but Progesterone that is structurally identical to that found in the human body can be made from it.  This is a synthetic process but the final product is not a synthetic.

Wild Yam: I do not know of any studies that show that wild yam helps with contraception but it may cause scarring of the kidneys based on a study in 2008 "food and chemical toxicology" journal.   Taking unregulated herbs can be a very risk proposition as no one is 100% sure what potential side effects you may have.

Breast size: Breast size is genetically determined, and is not affected by individual supplements. Eat a healthy diet, and be proud of whatever develops. Supplements that you take will not matter in the eventual size of your breasts. Don't waste your money. Good luck.

Breast size: can change with changes in your general body weight/habitus, but otherwise there is no natural way to increase breast size.
