If : If you have no insurance (and no means to pay), you can still go to an er and have it x-rayed.  This way, at least you'll know for certain whether it's broken, and also how badly.  If it's a bad break that needs to be reduced (put back), i'm not sure the er will do that, and you might have to suck it up and go see someone or suffer the consequences of a non-union or malunion, which will haunt you for the rest of your life.

Shoulder pain: You may have tendonitis or simply an overuse syndrome if you're exercising a lot. If you are, avoid stressing the shoulder for a week to see if the discomfort resolves. Inform you parents of your symptoms if they don't improve.

Very common: Caused by an injury to the bone at the end of the finger where the tendon attaches.  Sometimes a piece of the bone is pulled off.  If it happened recently, it can usually be corrected with splinting.  See a hand surgeon for x-rays and evaluation.  Good luck!
