Unlikely: The combination of vertigo and dizziness is unlikely to be a symptom of a brain tumor.  When it is it is usually accompanied by hearing loss.  
Most causes of vertigo and dizziness represent labrynthitis or inner ear infection.

Yes.: Head trauma can produce a slow bleed, but symptoms are progressive and unlikely to consist of vertigo alone.  Vertigo is not a diagnosis. It is a symptom which may represent any one of a number of underlying problems ( problems in the inner ear, vestibular nerve or in brain itself.).  Best to check with your doc so that you understand the cause and specific treatment of your vertigo.

i stopped taking klonopin for a while and now when i take it i get brain zaps and vertigo. why would this suddenly happen? i took it for years no prob

Klonopin: I'm not sure what you mean by brain zaps. I'm not aware of klonopin causing true vertigo, although, like any long acting tranquilizer in its class, it can be a cause of lightheadedness. Perhaps you're no longer tolerating the dosage you were taking when you were taking it more regularly. Your prescribing physician and/or your pharmacist may be more helpful in answering your question?side effects

Neurology consult: Brain tumors are rare on the scale of overall cancers accounting for approximately less than 2% of all cancers worldwide.  Some can be primary lesions of the brain and some can be metastatic from disease in other parts of the body.  A thorough Neurology evaluation can look for tell tale signs of brain disease, and if there has already been negative imaging studies, that can be a reassuring step.

ok. so i was doing my schoolwork on the sofa and got a headache on the left side of my head on temple. a bit later i had lunch, and i can't feel my face. i also have vertigo like spells. it's like you can't feel head and brain is foggy. happens alot?

: Appears you have symptoms highly consistent with migraine.  The vertigo episodes also fit, "Paroxysmal vertigo".   Brain fog is not unique to migraine either.  Depending upon intensity and frequency, it might be prudent to initiate preventative therapy.  A neurologist can help.

Vertigo: Greetings, vertigo by definition is a "spinning/motion" like sensation that is usually accompanied with nausea maybe even vomiting. Usually the origins is in the ear. Some forms of vertigo can come from intracranial problems -cancer fortunately only be a small percentage. More likely causes are "misplaced crystals" within the inner ear, meniere's, viral or even migraine linked. See your ENT doc.

i have viral labrynthitus, and awful vertigo for a month now. mri of brain came back normal. how much longer does this last? the vertigo is ruining my

Vertigo: Are you being treated.  Often a combination of antivert (meclizine) and prednisone will help. Also, for some people the cause of the vertigo is from an otolith.  ENT or therapist can do a special head MANIPULATION to relieve symptoms

i have had vertigo going on 6 weeks now. i have seen my doctor and he did a mri on my brain. insignificant findings i was informed.what does that mean?

Value of MRI: The MRI did not help.  The MRI has become an attempt to understand disorders but has proven to be of little value often.  It often shows normal, uncertain or insignificant findings even when the patient is seriously ill.  Be assured that your problem is not insignificant.  The lack of a quick answer from the MRI just means that your doctor now must work with you to understand your problem.
