: Well the best person to ask is the oral surgeon who did the surgery as to whether, based on your particulr healing, you have been cleared to eat specific or all food.

Teeth not jaw : An overbite, also called deep bite, is caused either by the over eruption of the top teeth or an overdevelopment of the bone surrounding the teeth.  Many malocclusions (bite problems) are caused by the size of your jaws but an overbite is not one of them.

Sinusitis: Apply warm compresses to the facial area, inhale steam to promote drainage from the infected sinus. Take acetaminophen.  If nasal passages are clogged, use decongestant nasal spray. Contact your physician or an Otolaryngologist for appointment or prescription for an appropriate antibiotic.

Good chance: Good chance it's a sinus problem.  Try sitting in a chair, then lower your head between your knees.  If pressure intensifies it's probably sinus...see your Physician.  If pressure remains constant, may be an abscess...see your Dentist.

Depends: Depends on why they failed. For the most part if you heal a broken bone, you can heal a graft. Is it the technique? Are you doing something? Meds? Health? Implants will really improve the quality of your life if they can be done.

Don't be scared: What you describe is not typical of oral cancer.  Most common  cause of swelling is infection, as in an abscessed tooth, which your Dentist would have diagnosed.  An extra tooth or bone-damage from cancer would have appeared on the x-ray.  Sometimes your body grows benign boney bumps (exostoses).  If you are still concerned, seek examination by an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.

Get to dentist: Your broken wisdom tooth will  not heal itself.  It will get worse and you may have an infection.  This needs to be treated by a dentist. Asap.

Rarely does.: If Fosamax (alendronate) is taken for more than 5 years a very small percentage of patients may develop necrosis of a portion of the jaw.  Good dental hygiene may reduce the chance of developing this problem.
