Hypothyroid: A high TSH is consistent with primary hypothyroidism.  You should have a free T4 level done.  Lh is unrelated to thyroid.  A low level could be related to medications, such as an oral contraceptive or other estrogen usage (or testosterone in a male).  If your periods are regular, it is likely a lab error.

my cmp blood test says tsh w/reflex to f4 is 4.44 miu/l (normal range is 0.4-4.5). do i have hypothyroidism? i have sparse eyebrows on the outer third

Not likely.: Tsh in "normal" range so not technically hypothyroid.  Some would argue that TSH should actually be lower.

I would repeat this in a few months.  If normal again would stop worrying. If abnormal diagnosis is clear.

In any case eyebrow thinning is not likely due to this tsh.

: By the results, you have vitamin D deficiency and mild hypertriglyceridemia. If you do not take biotin supplement, your TSH is mildly elevated so TSH and free T4 should be checked in 3 months. You can benefit with vitamin D supplement. Lowering calorie intake (rice and flour in Indian diet) + exercise will lower triglycerides. Please follow with your family doctor for more appropriate advice.

Se below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your TSH level suggests that an upward revision in your medication dose is warranted and you should discuss it with your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

TSH: Stands for thyroid stimulating hormone. It is a sensitive test to detect the functioning level of the thyroid gland. The brain produces TSH and that stimulates the thyroid to produce it's hormone. If the level of the TSH is high, it means the thyroid gland is under active. If the TSH is low, that indicates the thyroid is overactive. Your doctor should discuss your results and what needs to be done.

Depends on med: It depends on which type of medication, those containing T3 (liothyronine) will change the TSH quite rapidly whilet4 will take longer. Either way we usually wait at least a month to retest so that the result is stabilized to the current dose. Tsh changes in those not on medication will depend on the medical condition, if any, that is present.
