Exams: Although inside of your mouth and the lining of your vagina are mucous membrane, the problems you describe may be related, but probably are coincidental &amp; unrelated.  See your Dentist immediately about oral lesion...it's there 2 weeks to long.  See your OBGyn about tissue dryness.  Make both Drs. Aware of both problems so they can consult with each other.  Be proactive, call now for appointments.

Possible.: Could be, but no way to know without a direct exam, and possibly a culture. Could also be simply inflamed hair follicles, or several other things. See a dermatologist or gynecologist.

These : These could be skin tags or warts. Try putting on a little white vinegar, if they turn white chances are that they are warts. Warts may grow or appear in pregnancy because of the associated immunosuppression.
