Causes incluse yeast, bacterial vaginosis, and stds. There are simple tests that can be done in the office to determine if this is normal or not.

Likely yeast: infection, as you describe, over the counter antifungal cremes could help, if not better see your doctor for testing to be sure.

Likely normal: You don't mention any symptoms (irritation, itching, etc) with the discharge.  If there are none, this is likely what's called a "physiologic discharge"--in other words normal.
It may vary depending on your female hormone levels, hormones taken in the form of birth control pills, hydration (how much fluid you've drunk recently) and vaginal irritation (from intercourse, spermicides, other trauma)

Yeast infection: Vaginal itching/burning and a cottage cheese-like discharge could be signs of a vaginal yeast infection. Treatment = over the counter yeast infection medication (like miconazole). Vaginal d/c: Most likely Yes. With hormonal monthly changes there are changes in the vaginal and cervical mucus, also changes with libido. if it is clear would be less concerned.  Check HCG if sexually acitve. usually if odor or white there is more concern. f/u with doc

White clumps d/c: Emily0243~ Emily this sounds like a significant FUNGAL predominence in the d/c now so please have the DR have a look and in the mean time you can get some Monistat or any OTC anti-fungal vaginal cream to apply. thanks

Clumps not good.: Clear discharge is good.  Clumps could be a problem.  An exam by you FP or GYN is needed fairly soon.

Discharge : Where? if it is vaginal it is not normal. Is it itching? Would follow up with  MD may be infection  like yeast, or chlamydia or even BV, or other as likely will need treatment .

If nasal that is not normal either and should be assessed for sinusitis /rhinitis and get treatment.
