Today i went to the restroom and when i wiped me i saw some white thick clumpy discharge, there was a little clump in the toliet, what does that mean?

Likely normal: You don't mention any symptoms (irritation, itching, etc) with the discharge. If there are none, this is likely what's called a "physiologic discharge"--in other words normal. It may vary depending on your female hormone levels, hormones taken in the form of birth control pills, hydration (how much fluid you've drunk recently) and vaginal irritation (from intercourse, spermicides, other trauma)
