Not much: You have a WBC in the range of the upper limit of normal. Have you had a recent infection? None of these values are of concern, and interpretation without the clinical context is problematic.

If the patient's blood white cell count is slightly higher than the reference range, the ordering doctor may or may not consider the result a problem, depending on the patient's previous results, her symptoms, and her medications.

PID: You're talking about pelvic inflammatory disease, i hope. This is a local process and that may not necessarily reflect in cbc. Pids can co-exists with normal cbcs. Were you misdiagnosed with it or not, i cannot tell as more history and physical exam is needed.

Probably not: Anything at all.  This is just a trivially low wbc.  Most labs limits of normal go to 4.  This is very common in african americans and those of far northern european ancestry.  With 48% neuts your ANC is almost 2000 which is just fine.
