Hydrocodone : You have several reasons to temporarily lose your sense of smell even with a mild nasal mucosal irritation.  Hydrocodone use is the most common cause.  Your previous turbinate surgery and septoplasty may have reduced the total nasal mucosal area and thus more susceptible to loss of smell.  Stop the hydrocodone.  Your family physician can prescribe a mild steroid inhaler for faster recovery.

Sinus infection?: It sounds like you may have a sinus infection. Try using nasal saline several times a day or using a neti pot. Decongestants may also help or antihistamines if you think this may be related to allergies. If it persists for more than 3 weeks then see a doctor since you may have an infection requiring antibiotics. I hope you are feeling better soon.

Sinuses, reflux: You need to have your sinuses checked and you may have acid reflux, you needto see your doctor for a detailed history.

Vaginal odor: Body parts often have some degree of odor upon close inspection especially as the day goes on. This depends on clothes, temperature, sweating, exercise and other factors. If you feel your vaginal odor is out of the ordinary  and not dependent on daily activities then schedule a visit with an Obgyn for testing. Bacterial vaginosis is a one common cause of vaginal odor.
