Surgery: It certainly depends on the type of skin cancer, but the majority of skin cancers are basal cell carcinomas and the majority of these should be treated with surgery.  There are medications that can be used and some patients are treated with radiation.  Discuss these options with your dermatologist to decide which is best for you.

: Underarm darkness is not a disease or disorder. It would better to leave it alone and address the cosmetic issue by proper attire.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. 
Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Which one?: Surgical resection will be the treatment needed to remove skin cancer. However there are different type of skin cancer ie.Melanoma, squamous cell cancer, basal cell cancer etc.  In certain cases of melanoma, additional therapy post surgery may be needed -depending on the tumor depth of the invasion, lymph nodes involvement, ulceration etc. For the rest of skin cancer, surgery to remove is the tx.

Visit your doctor fo: A visit to your doctor for physical exam is needed if you have such a severe skin issue. Cancer of the skin is not a likely diagnosis here but it can be infection which will need antibiotics either from your pcp or from a dermatologist if your pcp felt the need for specialist opinion.
