Get an eye exam: Sarcoidosis can produce an inflammation in the eyes called iritis or anterior uveitis. Signs of it would be found on an eye exam. As long as the sarcoidosis is active you need yearly eye exams. If one or both of your eyes gets red and painful with blurred vision see an ophthalmologist immediately.

Check if worried.: There may be cough, coughing up blood, difficulty breathing, weight loss, fatigue - or no early signs at all! early testing can lead to cure in this day and age. If you've been a smoker or had significant sidestream smoke exposure - or if you work around industrial chemicals or are a firefighter, talk to your doctor. I have a number of healthy lung cancer-free women in my practice, doing great!

Not Entirely Common: Marfan's patients can have spontaneous collapse of the lungs (known as pneumothorax).  I would not say it is very common but it can occur.  Typically marfan's patients have small air pockets at the top of the lungs called blebs.  These blebs can rupture causing an airleak into the space between the lung and the chest wall. The air pushes on the lung causing the collapse.
