Sperm concentration: is diluted in semen with frequent sex/ejaculation. Every other day, for young men usually does not have negative effect regarding conception. However has an effect if male has a low sperm count. We usually advise 3 days between sex to maximize sperm count at time of ovulation. Pillow under your hips also helps to keep semen in your vagina when UR trying to conceive. Good Luck.

Yes, many...: Taking vitamins may improve fertility if you are deficient. 1/3 of people can't convert Folic Acid to the active form so taking the 5-mthf form is best. Yes: Admittedly it is less likely but it is definitely possible. The risk of pregnancy complications and birth defects is higher so you do need to get early prenatal care and a consult to discuss the risks in your exact case would be a good idea.

Slightly: Large studies have found very slight decreases in sperm counts as men age, >40.  Studies have also shown possible very slight decrease in fertility with age, though the impact is probably very slight.  Female age has a much larger impact.

Not Very: Zeman is an expensive vitamin/suppliment.  If he is deficient in his diet, a vitamin/suppliment may help various areas of his health.  If he is not, then it will likely have no effect. There are no studies showing zeman to be any better than any other vitamin/suppliment.

Pregnancy : Best estimates would put ovulation at day 14 or 16 so intercourse recommended on day 10, 12, 14, &amp; 16 with abstinence on the in between days. Stay away from tight underwear and smoking and take prenatal vitamins.
