Labia minora view: The labia minora or "little lips" are smaller "flaps" of tissue just inside the labia majora(big lips). The inside of the labia minora is pinkish to flesh colored dependent upon the amount of pigmentation that is on the outside of the lips. A "lump: of any kind in that area needs investigation by a MD.

Itchy labia: There are many causes of itchy labia, such as eczema, contact dermatitis, certain infections such as lice or fungal infections, a condition caused by rubbing or scratching, called lichen simplex chronicus and a number of inflammatory diseases such as lichen sclerosus and lichen planus.  These will not give odor or discharge.  Please see a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

This is normal, but consult your gyn provider about taking supplemental estrogen, unless of course there may be contraindications.
