Not likely: Most doctors believe - and teach - that there is no such thing as "too big," like most body parts sizes vary. Very occasionally if a woman feels her labia may be interfering with normal activities, there is surgery to reduce the size. There are "specialists" in cosmetic gynecology who do such things too, but most mainstream docs feel this is a bit fringe.
