Probably: Tylenol (acetaminophen) exposure is common in pregnancy but shouldn't involve more than the recommended dose. Toxicity of tylenol (acetaminophen) is easy so caution is warranted. There are some issues of tylenol (acetaminophen) use in pregnancy with blood pressure elevations and preterm labor as well. Isolated and irregular use is probably safe, but no medication can be presumed safe in pregnancy.

Please ask your OB: But i tell my pts 2 at the most, u may need other meds for a ha and if it is new onset headache it needs to be worked up by a neurologist to r/o anything bad and i tell my pts if they were used to drinking coffee and they stopped then 1-2 cups per day, preferably 1 is ok because in some women the caffine withdrawl can trigger headaches and caffine is better than many meds for has, but ask your ob.

: Please check with your OB specialist. The vaccination is recommended, unless otherwise contraindicated.
For fever, Tylenol may be administered for fever of 100.5 F or higher.

Safe in pregnancy: Tylenol is safe in pregnancy, up to 8 tabs a day of extra-strength 500 mg tabs.  There could be other reasons, allergy to med, e.g., for which you should not.  I would discuss with your doctor about the symptoms you are treating, and/or if you are taking the medication for more than a few weeks.
