In general...: IN GENERAL, a multilobulated mass is more likely malignant, one with calcifications is less likely.  As in much else, size matters, with bigger being more worrisome. If you're smoker, more likely malignant, if from place of endemic TB or histoplasmosis, risk of chronic infection rises. You'll need to be evaluated by a pulmonologist, who will very likely recommend biopsy.

Metastasis: Mesothelioma sarcoma may be a primary tumor of pleura. Metastatic cancer comes from other organs and spreads to lung and pleura.

Site of origin: Primary cancer is the tumor that arises in the organ in question, whereas secondary cancer is one that  arose somewhere else and spread to the organ in question.  As an example, bronchogenic carcinoma is a primary cancer of the lung; breast cancer when it spreads to the lung is secondary cancer of the lung.

Melanoma: Malignant means cancerous. It's redundant to say malignant melanoma, as all melanoma is cancerous (although the term is still used).  Metastatic means that it has spread to lymph nodes or other organs of the body.

: Truly not feasible to comment accurately about unseen studies.  But your concern would be appropriate due to the term "neoplastic" which implies an area of abnormal growth such as a tumor.  You should discuss in detail with the radiologist and your doctor.  A neurosurgical consultation would be helpful as the next step.

The description of "metastatic Deposits" is concerning for some type of illness or possible cancer that may have spread to the liver? Bile Duct Cancer: Unfortunately, prognosis is not good for this disease. Referral to cancer center is appropriate. Methods such as radiofrequency ablation(rfa) , possible chemotherapy are considerations. Surgery is generally not an option. Hospice will probably be discussed. Good nutrition , pain management are essentials for care.
