Muscle cramps: Muscle cramps may have a lot of different causes, the most common being simple exercise or heavy exercise. The best treatment of this is with a cold/ice pack for the first 72 hours, then changing to a heating pad after 72 hours. Ibuprofen will help relieve the pain. And, of course, you have to cut down on the muscular activity that induced the cramps. Severe cramps may be due to heat stroke.

Treatment depends on: whether you are an established diabetic, or just starting to be one, or just sick from other things like viruses and allergies.  High blood sugar is usually a warning sign of diabetes, but other hormonal conditions can cause that.  Or high intake of sugars. Cremaster Synkinesia: Cremasteric synkinesia is a rare disorder & not very well documented as an a well defined entity in the medical literature. Pain in this region is more likely to be from from the nerves that supply the muscle and not the muscle itself.

im on medication for gerd and reflux treatment ie nexium, (esomeprazole) ganaton & duspatalin. however i been getting muscle cramp every now and then,  why is that?

Hypomagnesemia: Some people get problems with magnesium absorption in small bowel or you may be on diuretics or have malabsorption--so you could measure magnesium in blood or just get magnesium supplements from over the counter-
1-muscle cramps has a variety of other causes?Get blood work--
2- try to go without Nexium (esomeprazole) and see if muscle cramps go away.

Depends : Injury of any tissue can hurt for some time. A little black and blue is also possible. If it has swollen up, red, warm, fever- it could be sign of inflammation or infection around the area. Small superficial thrombophlebitis is local inflammation, gets better with warm pads elevation - are not as serious as deep vein thrombosis. If it does not better, might be a good idea to see your doctor.

I would suggest starting with her regular DR who knows her medical history the best.

Chest pain: Considering your age, it could be musculoskeletal but any pain radiating to left on the chest pain should be checked. You should at least go to the ER and get your troponins an EKG checked
