Relax peristalsis via Bentyl, (dicyclomine) biofeedback, mindfulness therapies, massage, swimming, ingested Cannabis sativa (cold prep. under 180 degrees to avoid &quot;high&quot;; tea, tincture, butter), &amp; Acupuncture.

Close follow up: You are female and have endometriosis. Having your doctor do close follow up to see what works for you.  The birth control pills will hopefully help.  But having a doctor who knows you well can be the best advise.  In the future as new issues arise , having a doctor who knows you well will be the best treatment plan.

Why?: Adhesions are internal scar tissue that can form in the abdomen after prior surgery or pelvic infection. Adhesions form after most any surgery, and each subsequent operation may cause more adhesions or scar tissue to develop. Adhesions are usually removed if they are causing intestinal obstruction. Gynecologists may have other reasons. Surgery is not necessary just because adhesions may be present.

None usually needed: Anyone who has had abdominal surgery will have some adhesions, and over time they will subside on their own.  The only time adhesions need surgery is when they are causing pain, vomiting, and intestinal obstruction.  The best approach is to leave them alone, unless they are causing acute bowel obstruction.  There is no effective non surgical treatment for adhesions, but  symptoms may stop anyway.

what is the treatment of pleurodiaphragmatic adhesion left? he was never diagnosed to pneumonia or ptb. 3 months ago, he had an xray and the result is negative but right now he undergo xray and the result is pleurodiapragmatic adhesion left.

Adhesion: Most adhesions are the harmless  remnants of a prior infection like bronchopneumonia.  Your physician should review the xray with the radiologist and ask for advice as to whether this finding is concerning, or whether additional studies like a chest ct scan, or referral to a pulmonologist would be advisable.

Inside the knee?: If inside the knee joint an exam under anesthesia followed by a manipulation can b tried, but if not an arthroscopic procedure would b next in line. More clarification of where the adhesions r and how they got there would b helpful.

As soon as: The surgery heals.  We try to do it no later than 6 weeks from the cancer surgery but of course, stuff can sometimes happen that can delay it. Best to you.

See a REI specialist: You need to see a fertility specialist (reproductive endocrinology and infertility or rei). Adhesions outside the uterus, around the tubes and ovaries, may need in vitro fertilization (ivf) or laparoscopic surgery. If your adhesions are inside your uterus (asherman's syndrome) this needs hysteroscopic surgery. If your uterine cavity is very badly damaged, you may need to use a gestational carrier.

Pediatrician: Definitely review this thearpy with a pediatrician- these adhesions can be treated at various ages. Not certain if I would agree with premarin (conjugated estrogens) cream in a 2 year old.
