Yes: Dipyridamole (dp-brand name persantine) is a platelet inhibitor and has been studied in conjunction with warfarin or coumadin. Dp acts to block the uptake of adenosine. In higher intravenous doses it causes vasodilation-specifically coronary vasodilation- and is therefore commonly used to perform pharmacological nuclear myocardial perfusion studies, commonly known as a nuclear stress test.

What are u drinking?: Well i never saw this on a beer label. Caution is advised in taking that drug with alcohol because of bleeding issues but i never saw it on a label. Certainly, the drug is not an ingredient of any beer so  it could be a warning but i never saw it. What brand of beer did you see that on and how much did you drink?

Yes, you can, but: The aspacardin is basically magnesium.  The other two, are actually compounded together for some people.  The risk is slight increase chance of bleeding, or difficultly forming blood clots, but not too great of a risk.
