Likely a cyst: These are often epidermal inclusion cysts or other similar skin defects. If it is growing &amp; interfering with your life you should look into having it opened &amp; removed. This is usually a simple office procedure.

Follow up if returns: It sounds like it may have been a clogged pore.  If it returns, I would recommend that you have your PCP take a look at the area.   Also, regular self breast exams are important to monitor for any breast changes.

Warm compress and continue breast feeding. If yo uhave fever or if the pain ets worse or if there is redness around, you might need to get to the physician for antibiotics.
