Consider what you consumed in the last few days. If the green color is unusual for you & persists, or is accompanied by other symptoms, see your doctor.

Possibly.: Green stool can be related to the foods we eat. If green and runny it may be due to transitting the GI tract too quickly.  If black and tarry with a foul odor - that would be a cause to worry as that could be related to GI bleeding. Black stools can also be due to certain medications (notably pepto bismal). Regardless,  changes to stool habitus warrant assessment.
