For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

i have had 2 colposcopies showing low grade dysplasia. i am due for another colposcopie soon but want an iud. can i have one before the my colposcopie?

Yes: Deciding to place an iud should have no effect on management of your abnormal pap smear. At the present, careful surveillance (as you are undergoing) for low grade dysplasia is the most reasonable approach. An std screen (which you probably already have had) is appropriate prior to placement of an iud.
