Small arteries heart: Small vessel disease (SVD) is when the small vessels of the heart get narrow and blood can't flow as well through them.  People with SVD sometimes have chest tightening, squeezing or pressure, and may faint or pass out, especially during exercise.  If you've been diagnosed with svd, it's important to come up with a plan for management with your pcp and cardiologist so you can stay healthy!

Very complex area with expanding new knowledge, but the medical food metanx has shown benefit in diabetic form.

Nephrologist: Small sized kidneys  means kidneys appear smaller on ultrasound images. This must be evaluated in relation to the body size, age and renal function. On kidney ultrasound, kidney appearance is usually compared to liver , if kidneys appears more enhanced , it usually represents parenchymal disease which may be due to many causes like diabetes, hypertension etc. You must discuss with nephrologist.
