Possible : Tingling is also called paresthesias. These symptoms can arise from various areas in the brain, spinal cord, nerve roots or peripheral nerves. Your neurologist should perform tests to try and localize your symptoms to the neuroanatomical location. If no better explanation exists, it is certainly possible that white matter T2 hyperintensities in the corona radiata and centrum semiovale are causal.

Aspirin...: Blood supply to the mentioned areas are compromised. HTN, DM, Vasculitis, Atherosclerosis, Embolism,can be responsible. Starting with aspirin and doing WU is better.

Described often: Presume on mri, white matter lesions as noted, which are usually nonspecific, but can be associated with hypertension, diabetes, or high blood fats causing "hardening of the arteries" (aka, microvascular angiopathy).  This pattern might be consistent with ms in some cases, so needs correlation for relevance.  Not a description of stroke, but an indication for prevention of future stroke.

See below: These findings are not uncommon in older persons. They are nonspecific but are more frequently related to chronic small vessel ischemic disease from diabetes or hypertension. If the findings are in a young person, they could be from mutlple sclerosis or other causes & need further eval.
