This will reveal the wound underneath that also needs to be cleaned with this solution, after which antibacterial ointment must be applied. If worsens, see a doc.

Sand fly ties in the philippines can lead to a parasitic problem called leishmaniasis. You would not need to see a doctor  unless you have an infection air are worried.
