BIRTH MARKS IN BABY: Salmon patch is a name given to a very common group of birth marks in babies
the birthmarks are caused by expansion  or dilatation of tiny blood vessels called capillaries.These marks on face are called angel kisses, on back and neck it is called stork bites.
Angel kisses go away by 1to 2 years age and stork bites get covered by hai and do not go away.

Depends: If this in on you then a laser may help to get rid of it.  If you are talking about a child of yours then often time will allow most to fade.  It might be best for you to see a doctor who treats these types of things to know what may be best and if the diagnosis is correct.  Consider seeing a dermatologist, plastic surgeon or ENT doctor.

Hives ?: Two months of a rash, which looks like hives to you needs to be evaluated. Hives usually do itch as they are a histamine response and are not typically always in the same place.  This sounds more like flat warts.  In any case exam and evaluation by your primary physician or a Dermatologist is needed.

Sounds ok: If a person has taken the fish oil supplements in the past without any side effects, and if he has been drinking milk without getting problems, then he should be able to take the fish oil supplements with the milk and not expect any problems. There should not be any unusual reaction between the fish oil supplements and the milk.

In general, yes: But it depends on where the fish is from.  Stay away from fish from the pacific! because of fukushima, which is still spewing incredibly high amounts of contaminated sea water into the pacific, i would stay away from any seafood from the pacific.  But in general, salmon is one of the best and healthiest fish to consume; it is loaded with omega-three fatty acids and other antioxidents.

Eat Healthy : If the salmon is sushi grade, why not? It is better to ask the store in charge in seafood to be sure.

Yes: Wild salmon is a wonderful source of protein and if they are running, just enjoy. Obviously, you can have too much of a good thing. But three servings a week is A-OK.
