: This is not at all unusual for the common cold. Runny nose is probably the single most common of all cold symptoms, and those secretions and/or nose blowing can be irritating to surrounding skin. Actual infection of the skin isn't very common.

Consider:  Acetaminophen, saline nasal irrigation, hot soup. Just remember that COVID 19 can also present with these type of symptoms.

: You need a DR to talk to you and examine your nose and throat. Most likely allergies assuming you are not sniffiing stuff and have not in the past. Can also be dry air.

Get checked: If you are being treated for a sinus or respiratory ailment it is not uncommon to have muscle aches from the illness or from the coughing or a rough night of sleep.

Antibiotic: Good for you for waiting out what may have started as a viral upper respiratory infection, but your symptoms are lasting longer than a typical viral syndrome, and the discolored discharge indicates probable bronchitis or sinusitis. See a dr (e g primary, ent, or urgent care) to get on an antibiotic. You may wish to use otc Guaifenesin and saline sinus rinse (e g neilmed) as well. Best wishes.

Headache: My concern if your blood pressure becomes too high during running. Running is good, but if the bood pressure becomes too high then we need to controle it and be less aggressive with sport until hour blood pressure is under control.

Where?: If you have a cold , it is best that you keep yourself away from other people so that they won't get infected by  your virus.  If you must go but can't stop sneezing, consider wearing a mask (which may be slightly effective) and carry a hand sanitizer with you to keep your hands clean.
