Dermatitis...: It could be a dermatitis which is an irritation of the skin after it comes in contact with anything that causes an reaction on it. You may use hydrocortisone over the counter but if it is painful or gets worse you should see your doctor for exam and treatment as needed.

Gluteal bumps: May be eczema that may be getting  infected because of itching or may be fungal infection. You may consider bacitracin in AM with an anti-fungal like over the counter clotrimazole in the PM for 7 days and see if it works, if not try over the counter hydrocortisone for eczema.  Discuss with doctor/urgent care

Rash: Couple things come to mind based on location: warm, dark, moist area is perfect spot for fungus to take up residence. Other possibility is shingles (reactivation of the chickenpox virus). See your fp to examine rash to determine what it is & to provide appropriate treatment.

Many possibilities: Including recurring fungal infection and mechanical irritation. Due to location it is a highly exposed area due to mechanical irritation in the presence of sweat. Losing weight, if applicable, wearing cotton loose undergarments, keeping the area dry might help in all aspects.

Seb derm areas: Seborrheic dermatitis can affect the scalp, face, chest, back, underarms, groin and lower abdomen, and the fold between the buttocks.  Psoriasis can do the same thing.  In mild cases of both treatments are similar.  Care must be taken not to use steroid creams in body folds for prolonged periods of time as they can thin the skin and cause other damage.

Ringworm?: Sounds like you have a case of tinea corporis, commonly called ringworm, though is a fungal infection.  The warmth and moistness of that part of the body with the added irritation is the likely cause.  You can use a variety of over the counter creams including Clotrimazole and terbenifine with good results.
