Most important is to see a doctor and determine the specific cause of the swelling in your case.

Time to see doctor: Blood in the stool, trouble pooping, a lump at the anus, or constipation are symptoms that need to be evaluated by a primary care doctor or a gastrointestinal specialist. The cause can be a hemorrhoid, an anal fissure, an infection, etc... Cancer in that area would be unlikely in one's early 30's, but can happen, even in one's late 20's. Hemorrhoids are common.

No - Don't use that: As a general rule, don't self prescribe antibiotics. Also, if they are prescribed to girls for a uro-genital infection, the reduced bad smell is from the absence of infection, not the drug. Just clean with soap ; water or baby oil. Consider diet choices too. Try not to worry if there is no other symptom.

from 3 days i'm having spasms in and around anus. i got rectal examination from surgeon 3 weeks ago (i was fissure patient), and it was ok. today, i checked with lubricated finger (no tear, cut, swelling in anus). then why sudden spasms/pain?
