Diagnose diabetes: Tp diagnose diabetes mellitus once must undergo a glucose tolerance test. In addition fructosamine or hemoglobin A1C levels can be checked. A slightly elevated RBS may not have much significance depending on it's timing and what you ate prior to the blood test; hence the need for more thorough evaluation.

Dawn phenomenon : Happens to diabetics, when the body isn't releasing enough insulin to match the natural increase in blood sugar in the early morning hours,  you are not  diabetic. How high is your RBS at night? It can just be natural and your body is compensating, wish you well

Falling creatinine: If i read your question correctly, your creatinine (c) fell from 3.0 to 1.9 mg/dl in 20 days. As your c fell, it seems as if you had acute kidney failure, not "early nephropathy". You can take Clindamycin without a dose reduction if you have kidney disease as it is not cleared by the kidneys. Speak to your doctor about the cause of your "nephropathy". Good luck.
