Refer to answer: Psoriatic spondylitis refers to inflammation of the sacro-iliac joints and the spine and is one manifestation of psoriatic arthritis.  The primary symptoms are chronic low back pain and stiffness.  Hip involvement can also be seen.  It is one form of what are known as spondyloarthropathies, which include anklylosing spondylitis, reactive arthrtis, arthritis with inflammatory bowel disease, etc.

Not known: Overactive bladder is an extremely common condition in multiparous and post menopausal women.  There is no definite association known between psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and overactive bladder. The statistical chance of having oab with any other condition is therefore high.

Prilosec effects?: Prilosec and Prevacid (lansoprazole) are proton pump inhibitors that reduce stomach acid production. They are used to treat heartburn, stomach inflammation and ulcers. Recently there have been some reports that long term usage could increase the risk of osteoporosis ( decreased bone density). I am not familiar with the drug causing any of the problems you have, however.

One is part of other: As is a inherited condition that results in calcification of the disk spaces throughout the spine. This gives the term "bamboo spine". This is a form of ddd. The leg weakness can come from canal or foraminal stenosis related to this.  Ddd is a part of as. Imaging can help with the diagnosis and surgery is the last option. Surgery for ddd with as is more complicated.

Your question is ?:  Uncertain about the reason you had the the dissectomy because Ankylosing spondylitis you can have a back pain related to that. We need to know more about your medications to decide what else you should be doing I would suggest you discuss this with your rheumatologist.  Each of your issues new different therapy

Yes : unless you are allergic to sulfa you can take bactrim. Sulfa drugs have been used to treat conditions such as psoriasis and and the arthritis associated with  sjögren’s syndrome.

Your doctor will recommend treatment based on the extent of disease.
