Opiates: Propoxyphene and hydrocodone are both opiates. Darvocet is no longer sold in europe/usa due to fatalities/arrythmias.

Nutrition & exercise: No readily available medications, much less dietary supplements, have been demonstrated to improve/enhance memory. Many studies suggest that good nutrition & regular exercise associated w/lower risk of dementia (memory loss). Also, anything that improves heart health appears to improve brain function. But no easy fix like popping a few pills to enhance memory. Sorry!

Well...: This is a relatively new thing and most people don't use it.  I personally do not.  Not much good literature out there to support it but that doesnt mean it wont work.  However, microdiscectomy is a time tested procedure and directly targets the problem and gives the surgeon visual confirmation of adequate decompression.  Good luck! please do more research about the ozone procedure before signing.
