Nose bleed: If the bleeding is from ulceration make sure it not infected with resistant bugs, have it cultured and get treatment . If is really from  blood vessel , rule out blood pressure problem, bleeding problems, it may need to be cauterized, you should see an ENT surgeon

i have some facial vessels showing on my nose. can anybody recommend how i can get rid of them?

Sclero or laser: As we age, the skin thins out and we can see veins on our face, hands, chest. They can be aggravated or enlarged with dilation of the vessel with weightlifting, heat, etc....But mostly genetics. Injection sclerotherapy can treat these areas to decrease the size, therefore reduce the appearance. The veins to tiny sor sclerotherapy can be treated with laser. i was trying to pop a black head on side of my nose and a little blood vessel appeared.  is this permanent, will it go away with time, what can i do ?

Telangiectasia: It sounds like what you have developed is a telangiectasia - quite commonly caused by trauma.  Telangiectasia is not typically responsive to any topical medications - a laser procedure is quite effective in getting rid of the redness.

Sudden rosacea: Some still think rosacea is gradual, but there are many for whom it is sudden. I'll give a link. Causes can include too various damaging things like sun tanning, harsh washing, spicy food, etc. Seek a doctor with significant experience in rosacea.

can you bust a vessel or vein in your eye by blowing your nose too  hard?

Indeed: You have a subconjunctival hemorrhage due to the increased pressure you created in your eye by blowing your nose.  Be careful.  The redness will resolve slowly but is usually not a major problem.  It may be good to check your blood pressure to make sure your pressure is normal.  If the redness does not resolve or is quite pronounced, see a physician.  Good luck!

No: Unsure what you mean by "weak blood vessels" but I will assume you have had bloody noses with minimal or no trauma.  There are vascular complexes in the nasal septum that are subject to easy injury, especially if the weather is dry or you have allergies.  Make sure your environment is humidified and that your blood pressure is OK.  Some bleeding disorders (and meds like aspirin) can worsen it.
