Chest : Chest pain is very worisome. Although you are at low risk for a heart attack or stroke, these things are possible. More importantly severe conditions such as aneurysms, aortic dissections, pneumonia, etc, can be the cause. Also costochondritis, asthma, and even gastric reflux can be to blame. I suggest if you are still having pain please present to your local urgent care or emergency department. On the other hand, if you are feeling better, you should still find a medical provider to handle your migraines and issues as they come up. Search for for low income community clinics in your area and/or contact your local county hospital for resources.

See a neurologist: Seizure is a  possible complication after strokes. He will need to see a neurologist for further management.

There : There is a popular acronym for determining warning signs of stroke: fast
f is for face: facial droop or crooked smile. A is for arms: inability to move arms or one arm being stronger than the other. S is for speech: can your loved one repeat a simple sentence or is their speech slurred? And t is for time: if you see any of thse signs call 911 as soon as possible.
If your wife is confused and not making any sense, this is of high concern and needs to be taken to the emergency room. If you suspect stroke, call 911 for timely treatment. Time is brain.

TPA (alteplase): The most important drug to come along for stroke are the so-called clot busters.  Tpa (alteplase) can be given intravenously and can reverse some or all of the potential damage from a clogged artery if given within a few hours.  Everyone should know the warning signs of stroke and make sure the patient gets to the er quickly.

See details: There is no such thing as a partial stroke. A stroke is a stroke although some are more severe than others. Meds will prevent recurrences but rehab is what one needs. Meds will not treat strokes but can treat the common causes.

First 30 days: You are at greatest risk within the first 30 days, then the risk gradually decreases.  Atrial fibrillation that is untreated increases the risk. Treatment for stroke not associated with atrial fibrillation can be Aspirin and a lipid lowering agent. The therapy does not need to be complicated, nor does it require a specialist to follow you.Your pcp can follow the lipid lowering agent.

Yes: For ischemic stroke blood thinners like aspirin, dipyridamole, or Coumadin (warfarin)  used where as for hemorrhagic stroke these are contraindicated. Also blood pressure meds may have to be used taking care systolic BP does not precipitously.

Lightheadedness. Hm.: Is it a possibility? It's always a possibility. Is it likely? Not really. Nonspecific lightheadedness is not a symptom or warning of stroke.

my dr did a random routine blood test of prothrombin time and inr. my prothrombin time was 10.3 and inr was 0.9. i'm healthy in my 30s and not on any medications. does my slow time mean i'm more prone to a stroke or a heart attack?

: Some clinicians feel that a prothrombin time under 10 seconds could indicate that blood clots sooner than normal, others don't place much credence in that. In any event your blood clotted in good time. Have you had any personal or family history of clotting issues like unexplained phlebitis? If not, I wouldn't be concerned unless you're taking oral contraceptives and/or smoke.

: Angina typically manifest with chest pain or pressure that is provoked by activity and relieved by rest. It may be associated with  shortness of breath, nausea, sweating, or fatigue. It may or may not show up on ECG. If one is experiencing angina, cardiology evaluation &amp; treatment is necessary to reduce risk of MI/stroke. Medications do not only reduce symptoms, but mortality as well.
