Poor inspiration: Probably related to a poor inspiratory effort when the radiograph was taken. Often times if people are in pain or are obese they cannot take a big breath (which would expand the lungs and give a better look to the radiologist) so what we see are low lung volumes and small areas of collapsed lung - all told it is usually not a sign of anything. Sometimes atelectasis can cause a fever.

Explanation : It possible your old scar from respiratory illness you may be had many years ago, or even not from  respiratory problems at all, but some muscle spasm. Please, do not exercise heavily.

Sclc: Combination of Cisplatin and Etoposide is the first line therapy for small cell lung cancer. It is also one of regimens we use for non small cell lung cancer. Thus, this regimen will take care both. It is important however to make sure that your oncologist get more information including type ( adeno vs squamous etc),  some molecular evaluations ( egfr, alk, ross-1)  to the nsclc on the right lung.

Complicated: Your profiles says you've had a heart cath, CT, and chest xray so I must assume your heart has been ruled out as the cause (?). Other possibilities include pleurisy, pericarditis, and muscular pain. Rarer causes include brachial plexus injury or cervical spine injury. An EKG, sed rate, exam, and echo will rule out pericarditis or pleurisy. Careful neurologic exam will r/o nerve injury.

Lung compression : Over the past 5 years, I have noticed an increased  trend of people reporting symptoms specifically from an organ..  How do you know your lung is compressing?  I suggest ask your question again describing what you feel, without ascribing it to an organ. In your question don't use the word lung

The lung tissue: have no pain nerve endings.  However, the pleura below the rib cage do contain nerve endings. The muscles and ribs also may cause pain when inflamed or traumatized.
