Peeling, dry palms: are often caused by contact dermatitis--contact with harsh detergents, soaps and lotions that contain perfume; cold, dry air; eczema or fungal infections.Use fresh water instead of soap; apply calamine lotion. A low dose OTC steroid cream can be applied.Symptoms worsened by dry skin: use good quality moisturizer during daytime.Consider repair glycolic acid creams at night, maybe with cotton gloves

Very rare syndrome: Bier spots are very rare.  Other things that could cause this appearance need to be checked for and ruled out, before a diagnosis of Bier spots is made.  Please get checked. You know the saying:: "Warm hands, cold heart," While you may not truly have a cold heart, warm hands are common enough to inspire this saying! It does mean you have good circulation.  I would not worry about this, unless it is new.  Then it may be worth checking out.

There is a list...: There is a fairly long list of reasons the palms can be red.  Sometimes this can be normal, but I have had a few patients present with this and sometimes we do not find out for a few weeks or months when other symptoms develop.  Liver disease, pregnancy, thyroid problems, pregnancy, psoriasis, allergy, and erythema multiforme are just a few of the possible causes.  If it persists, i'd see an md.

Neo 40 is a beet root product to help circulation and has some research suggesting usefulness in Raynaud's.  The sensation may also be from neuropathy and sublingual vitamin B12 can be used to help w/that.  See your doc or a nutritionist.  Peace and good health.  Beet root better than l-arginine.
