This is a migraine: some women entering perimenopause develop frequent migraine headaches related to drop in estrogen, treatment is with usual migraine prophylaxis like topiramate if chronic migraines aka more than 15 per month

Likely migraine: There are different types of headache- migraine and tension headaches are the most common ones. Migraine headaches usually are one sided headaches- can be preceeded with aura, hallucination etc- also can be associated with photosensitivity etc. Although brain tumor also can give headache- but it is unlikely in your case. Having said that- go to see your md and have yourself checked.

Doubt a tumor: Several considerations, as the head shaking can be a sign of heredofamilial tremor or essential tremor, but cerebellar tremors could also be a cause.  The unilateral headaches could be due to jaw, dental, or migraine mechanisms.  Suggest you have your doctor evaluate you, and provide advice and treatment.

can tmj jaw dysfunction cause one-sided headaches, a strange neuralgia behind the mandible, and ringing in the ears all day? this started as just an ear ringing, but now the jaw/head are involved. i wear a mouthpiece at night?
