Heavy induration: Brawny odema is a term given to inflammation , extending deeply and aggressively into sorrounding areas -whether it it is a skin infection/inflammation , or inside deeper tissurs/internal organs. For example it could be around kidney when kidney is infected and extending into sorrounding areas. Similarly skin infections - cellulitis can cause brawny odema. Cancers can cause brawny odema into sorroun.

It's not Obama's: America is the most short-sighted country on the globe. Our presidents have actively tried to change the system going back to truman.  I led town hall meetings/discussion panels before last election. Obama had the right ideas to make real change, but one by one the teeth were removed, 1st by insurance lobby, then by pharmaceutical lobby, using senators lieberman & snow, and others. Sick society.

President Obama: President obama will not be providing this health care himself, but he knows how to engage and inspire those who do the many tasks this nation needs.  I am grateful that more people will have health insurance coverage than could have it before.  I hope preventive and integrative health care will be included in the plans being made.  I believe these can improve people's health and lower costs too.

Depends: Obama care offers the ability for those with no coverage to get insurance.  This of course costs some cash but there is the ability to get some assistance.  Those who have picked up this insurance are delighted with the plans they have gotten.  A portion of the political spectrum is opposed to this but it will be interesting to see the reaction of the covereds when it is withdrawn.
