.low RBC: We use the term hemoglobin rather than RBC. Most labs have a lower limit of normal around 12 or so.  A level below the lower limit of normal can be 'normal' for about 5% of the US population. Key here is to see if a prior level was higher.  Anemia is the term we use to describe a low hemoglobin and causes should be found.

Anemia: The symptoms depend on severity of low red blood cell count. If it is border line low then no symptoms. If moderate to severe then fatigue , tiredness , generalized  malaise  fainting, chest pain and shortness of breath can happen.  Look like you have these symptoms and on vanco for c. Diff.  And some bleed with it. Keep in touch with your doctor and monitor CBC at frequent intervals. Good luck.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, what is hemoglobin level? Are you a smoker, or grossly overweight? Do you have COPD?

Micro. hematuria: Microscopic hematuria is defined as the presence of 3 or more red blood cells in urine and it is as frequent as 1 in 5 adults that otherwise have no symptoms. The workup includes history and physical examination. Most cases end up needing a repeat urine analysis, if they have no symptoms suggesting cause. Feel free to call back the office where you had the workup done and ask them what to do next.

Iron: You can have iron deficiency without having iron deficiency anemia. Anemia is a condition where your hemoglobin is below the normal concentration. And as you know there are many causes of anemia. Iron deficiency can be one of them. Iron storage ( ferritin) will be the one that goes down first before your hemoglobin declines. Why one has low iron? There are many causes-bleeding, malabsorption etc.
