: I have been treating patients with CBIT and my patients have told me that when they redirect the impulse to tic into a more socially acceptable behavior it hurts but with continued practice and when time has passed it gets better.  It would be good if you get help from a Clinical Psychologist trained to use CBIT.

Not for long term: Vicodin, because it is short acting and has Tylenol (acetaminophen) in it, is not for regular or long term use. It is not in any way appropriate pain management for chronic pain. Perhaps it is time for getting clean and getting your true health condition off of it evaluated.

There is a range: YEARS ago, when I was in medical school, we were taught that ideal weight was 100# for a woman 5 feet in height; then add 5 pounds per inch, so for 5'9"--145 pounds. This is pretty close. If more muscular, a little higher. So I would say a range of 140 to 155 pounds would be ideal. You could also aim for 22-26% body fat. Good wishes:)

Any symptoms?: Do you have any chronic disease? Try taking oral iron and multivitamin supplements and repeat the study in about 6 months.

Hello. : Hello. One of the issues is here, is that males usually don't know the actual size of their erect penis. They tend to guess at the size.  Since, you think it was 8.5 or 9 inches, that tells me that you were guessing at the size.  The penis needs to be fully erect to measure it. It  should be measured at the base, and you may need to push the end of the tape in toward the pubic bone, because of the groin or abdominal fat that can surround the base of the penis.  Since the average male penis size is less than 6 inches when errect, if your penis is actually 7.5 inches in lenght, you would clearly have nothing to worry about.
