Doctor should check: Most people get a headache at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at work, etc... Some people try OTC treatments like Tylenol, Motrin, Aleve, or Excedrin. A bad or increasing headache, recurrent headache, weird headache, or persistent headache like this one should be checked. Good to write a Headache Diary to show the Dr.

2. Prevent headaches with herbal agent otc, such as riboflavin, butterbur, feverfew, co q10, magnesium.
