Alcoholism: Puffin, if you believe your alcohol. Intake is an issue, then you are an alcoholic. If you are unable to stop drinking alcohol, and failed at doing so, you are an alcoholic.

Alcohol: Lifting weights may raise creatine kinase, not a liver enzyme. Alcohol at the amount you describe would not raise liver enzymes too much, in a male.  There is likely to be small increase in alt and ggt.

Trintellix: I would be reluctant to ingest more than one alcoholic beverage while taking this antidepressant medication. I have found that heavy amounts of alcohol intake may change the way some medications work.

Generally: It is generally contraindicated with most medications to drink alcohol and take the medicine.  Some medications are more strongly contraindicated.  Read the labels, but as a good rule, don't drink and take medications.

More than one 'yes' response to any of these questions raises suspicion of alcohol abuse.

Whoa!: Alcohol disrupts sleep, so does vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). Sleep is essential for proper brain function. If you need vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine), presumably to treat adhd, then you should consider backing down on the alcohol consumption. Alcohol is also anxiogenic and depressogenic, so is vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). If you have anxiety or depression, that's another reason to minimize alcohol intake.
