Fairly HIGH: Molluscum spread has been documented through the sharing of towels, sponges, wrestling, and from a surgeon to several of his patients.  So it does not have to be direct skin contact but that is the most common route. Of course a condom will not protect all areas of the skin--so be aware.

Molluscum: Molluscum is caused by a virus and is a self-limited skin infection, meaning that it will resolve on its own, but can take a very long time. There are several treatments that are successful (freezing, imiquimod, etc) in shortening the course of skin lesions. Cimetidine may help, but there are potential side effects w cimetidine. Talk w your PCP or dermatologist to see which treatment is best.

Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

If not, treatment options include cryotherapy, curettage, laser, creams like salicylic acid, podophyllin, tretinoin, cantharidin, and imiquimod, or oral cimetidine.
