could you please tell me what is the possible diagnosis of child with limp ,knee pain,elevated rotation of the hip with reduced flexion&extension?

Difficult to say for: sure without an exam. It could be toxic synovitis which is caused by a virus, but also could be a bacterial infection or other serious issue. So, please see your doctor/have the child seen by a doctor, either the primary care doctor, or an orthopedist or the emergency room.

See details: There are numerous causes of knee pain including arthritis, tendinitis, bursitis and tears. Have an orthopedist evaluate the knee.

See the DOC!!!: You've waited too long already.  You need medical attention. See a rheumatologist or orthopedic surgeons.  You will now develop secondary biomechanical issues.  Please, do it quickly!

Crutches for safety!: Until you can do a strong straight leg raise, signifying reasonable quadriceps strength and control, you would be safer and at less risk for injury from a fall if you used crutches in a crowded event in the coming days

now i have bilateral lower limp pitting oedema since 4 days. 
the level  is below the knee. what's the cause?

Get Checked!: Leg edema can be a sign of Deep Venous Thrombosis. Without a thorough examination it is difficult to say about your condition. I suggest you see your Physician and ask specifically about "Blood Clots"! If you have any shortness of breath go immediately to the ER.

behind my right knee felt swolen, like a small waterballoon. after 3 days the pain was worse, causing me to limp. it went away but comes back often and i am no longer comfortavble with extending my leg out- because of the pain?

: You need to see an Orthopedic MD for diagnosis and Rx. In the meantime wear an elastic knee support available in most stores or pharmacies, a heating pad few times a day and ibuprofen for pain

Requires exam: If it won't straighten up there is something stopping it. What that is and how to fix it will require an exam &amp; possibly imaging studies. Schedule a  visit with your doc or go to an urgent care center with x-ray capabilities.

Possibly: Given your description, a broken bone (aka fracture) is certainly possible, but an x-ray will need to be done to make the diagnosis.  If you haven't had any improvement and are still limping, i would recommend seeing a doctor.  Good luck!
