Get checked out.: Hard to say based on this limited information. You should visit your doctor.  Though rare, the worst case scenario would be that you have low blood counts.  Anemia causes dizziness, and easy nose bleeds can be caused by low platelet levels.  Low blood counts can be caused by some cancers of the blood called leukemia or lymphoma.

First nosebleed: Nosebleeds can happen if the atmosphere is very dry, causing the nasal vessels to stretch and bleed.Usually bleeding stops after about 2-3 minutes. If it is your first time, and the bleeding was significant, lasting more than 3- 5 minutes, you might have a blood disorder and you should have yourself checked out by a doctor. Headaches might also indicate a a blood pressure or a sinus problem.

Get Thee To An E.R.*: Are you still home? Hopefully you're not reading this, because you had someone drive you to an ER* for an evaluation. Not a good idea to drive if you are dizzy. Too much blood. Let us all know sometime how it went!

You : You have so many symptoms that can mean so many different things. Have you seen a dentist to rule out any dental problems that may be contributing to your condition? I suggest you have an exam to see if you have any problems with your teeth that may be causing you to have pain in your jaw.

Hydrate: You need to check your BP and your heart rate in a supine position, sitting ,and standing position and noticed the difference . Hydrate yourself well with water and juices avoid energy drink and caffeine

How anemic?: That is a normal blood pressure for many individuals.  I would tend to focus on the anemia. How severe is it? If your hematocrit is less than 30 or your Hemoglobin 8 or below then I'd get that checked out. Additional blood work would be needed, even perhaps a stool guaiac.

Yes: I can't scan of the brain will not help assess the cause of low blood pressure. Yes, the symptoms you're having Canby symptoms due to low blood pressure. You need to find the cause of your blow blood pressure, it is not coming from your brain. Could be hormonal issues, could be due to peripheral nerve disease such as neuropathy.

This is a benign condition that can be evaluated and treated with some simple maneuvers called Epley maneuvers.
